Thank you to everyone who was able to help with the collaborative event the Museum participated in on Saturday July 22^nd.This community event involved Christ Church, St Mary’s Catholic Church, street traders in Julian Road and the Bath and Ethnic Minority Senior Citizens Association (BEMSCA) all of whom we have worked with before.

Despite pouring rain all the partners provided things for sale, activities and admission and was a great success. The Museum made £800 which will go to our events programme. We hosted the book stall – in the Hudson Gallery- the raffle, children’s activities, tea, and biscuits and showed a film, made in 1942 of the bombing of Bath.

We also cemented our relationship with our neighbours – including the Rainbow Steel Band and BEMSCA- and in 2024 have plans for a new collaboration at all three sites: The Museum, Christ Church and St Marys.
